SHIPPING POLICY — 01 VINYL RECORDS
At 01 Vinyl Records, we ship our records worldwide with the utmost care. Every order is carefully packaged using rigid mailers specifically designed to protect vinyl records during transit.
1. Shipping and Tracking
- Preparation: All orders are carefully prepared and handed over to postal services or carriers within 1 to 3 business days of purchase confirmation.
- Tracking: As soon as your parcel is dispatched, a tracking number is automatically sent to you by email so you can follow its progress in real time.
2. Delivery Times, Customs and Receipt
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local customs procedures specific to each geographical area.
In accordance with Article 4 of our Terms of Service, delivery times indicated at the time of your order are overall estimates and not guarantees. For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs fees or import duties are the exclusive responsibility of the buyer.
It is also the buyer's responsibility to track their delivery and make the necessary arrangements to receive the parcel or collect it from their local post office or collection point within the allotted timeframe.
